I love it!

I agree with Petwoip about the siren, but otherwise this song was almost flawless. The synths were great, and i really liked the bass. The effects were excellent as well! This is a great trance track, i hope it gets on the top 5 for the week.

About the NGmag thing that my brother was talikng about: scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a list of places you can go to such as flash portal, games, toons, genres and series, etc. There you can find the NG mag. Click it. You will get a gray/ blue/ white screen. On the top right there is a bar that has audio. Click it. Skip through "respected artists" and you will find your song "solar flash." That's what he meant. Congrats on being there!

ANother one of my favorites from you, a look forward to seeing more

Perfect track

This track is perfect. Drums were awesome when you came in with the snare, and the drum roll was very well executed, especially how you introduced the marimba during it. Those brass instruments together that came in periodically were so good, and perfect notes. The bass is really cool, and the notes for it are also perfect. The way the song progressed is FANTASTIC! But out of all, my favorite part was the marimba. That segment was the coolest thing i have heard in a long time, especially with that video game synth thing in the background changing notes extremely fast. The piano was good too, and fit perfectly (was that piano, or was it just marimba?)Just great song, and proffesional sounding also. Thank you! And check some of my stuff out if youd like. 5/5 all the way!!!

DavidOrr responds:

Glad you liked it! I noticed that a lot of people mentioned that there was a piano part in the piece... which there isn't. I'm guessing it is being mistaken for the marimba (as you caught), which does have similar percussive qualities in tonality. Thanks for the review!

Eeerie...

Wow, scary!
The drums are so deep and echoey, really gives the song a great effect. By the way, is that kids whisper that one for the mazda comercials: "zoom, zoom"?. The piano was cool.

DJdarkangel responds:

Hi,
Thanks for the cool review :)

Yeah i was hopeing to achive the scary effect :)
And about the whisper... i have never seen the a mazda comercial so... i dont know :) it might be

Cyaz
DarkAngel out...

That guitar was very cool

This song was great, and very fast paced. The piano and guitar ans strings went well together. By the way, what is that guitar called? I dont know if you remember me or not, but i have been using Reason 3.0 for a while now, and im just curious because it is a really good instrument. So far ive made 5 songs on reason.
This would work extremely well in a fast paced flash movie or game! 5/5

H3lix responds:

Thanks! that guitar was "Heavy Guitar" in the factory sound bank. If reason 2.0 and 3.0 are close enough together, it should be under NN-XT samples/guitar or something like that.

That was SO COOL!

This was such a cool song, just the fact that it is crimson keys and dance together makes it awesome. I thought it was your best. That synth was really good, and i enjoyed the backup strings and bass a lot. And its also very powerful. This would be a fun song to dance to on DDR or something like that. What BPM is it anyway, im just curious.

By the way, congrats with all your songs +100 downloads and your 2 +500 songs. I made a new song if you want to check it out, it has a campfire theme.

Flashburn responds:

hey thanks sebby man, you are one of my fave submitters on the AP and i love to hear what you have to say about my music as well as hearing your music. the BPM i believe is at 170... id love to check out your new song!

That was AWESOME

This song is great! I loved it the whole way through. The bass was very good and the effects were cool also. You definitely have your own style, and it sounds great. By the way, what program do you use?

ShadowMaster66 responds:

Hey thanks for reviewing! Um i use. MAGIX music maker 10 deluxe editon as well as FL Studios demo. keep checking back to see my new songs see ya

DnB / Jazz, cool

The trumpet and bass made it sound like an old jazz song, but the fast tempo and drums makes it seem like DnB. I dont know which one it is more of. good job, i liked it! This and all your other songs get my 5's

Deviant-Realms responds:

Wow, thanks... i'm a huge of fan of both jazz and DnB :)

Dude, you are sick.

You are probably the best techno artist I have ever heard. If there is any way to submit songs to DDR, you hav a huge shot, because this is just as good as any song on the whole game. Well, gotta go rate all your songs 5, peace.

Dimrain47 responds:

Haha....well, im working on a copyrighted CD, so maybe that might just happed = ). Thanks for the review/scores!!!!

Nice song you have here

Im not the biggest fan of dance, but his song was good. One suggestion I have though is I think you use that long ride cymbal (or whatever it is) a little too much. Besides that the drumming was excellent! Like Dj_seri said, the transitions could better, but thats not really a big problem. I enjoyed how the song built up, especially when that cool synth comes in at the end.

By the way, how did you make that muffled sound in the begging, I might use something like that in future songs but I dont know how to make it.

Can I have your email adresss, just so I can contact you about Reason or anything like that. 5/5

Flashburn responds:

Hey my email is C_scott19@hotmail.com

I use FL so i might not be that much help in reason

Hi, check out my music in the audio portal. I now use Reason to make my songs.
